how I found the algorithms that is unfair is by just searching in google companies using unfair algorithms. In this article it has five examples I choose the third one titled "Here's looking at you, white man. And its about facial recognition and it being able to identify a person's gender 99 percent of the time but only for white male's. The people "harmed" from this would be any one else that is falsely identified mostly women and minorities. One of the companies was IBM Microsoft and a chinese company Megvii. IBM retrained the system on a different data set and microsoft said they took steps to improve accuracy. I didn't understand the last question.
